Creating duplicate contacts back in Outlook

So I sync'ed with Thunderbird, but now when I go back to Outlook, Plaxo is asking me to create 253 new contacts that are duplicates of contacts already in my address book there. There are 970 contacts in my address book, so I'm not sure why these were flagged as being different -- my first guess was that these 253 contacts had notes and the other didn't, but that wasn't it.

Do you have some tool that can delete/merge duplicate contacts?
