Error while syncing

Whenever I sync, I get an error that says "failed to sync. Remote server error"

Can you look in your profile directory (check the Plaxo prefs for the location), there should be a plx.log file. You can send me a private message with the contents and I'll see if it is one of the known issues or not.

I have the exact same problem. Can you post the solution? Thanks!

The solution is the new client. It is up on the site for download. It should be version 1.60

I have the new version and still get an error when I try to synch. Here is what the log says:

Thanks for posting your log. The problem is indicated in there.

We aren't getting remote folders for your account. Did you install Plaxo in the past, a while back? After 1.5, we made sure all users had a folder.

Regardless, go to the web and sign into Plaxo online and create a folder
and place your contacts in there. Once that is done, you should have a folder to sync to.
