Country code in telephone numbers

It seems like plaxo for Tbird has some problems with countrycodes in telephone numbers. I store all my numbers with the country code (for belgium +32 ) because my adresbook is synchronised with my cellphone and to prevent troubles abroad. Since I tried plaxo for Tbird, the plus-sign is gone. Any help?

Hi, please try the latest release, 1.61.
You can get it by asking the extension to check for updates inisde of Thunderbird,
or you can download the latest from the site.
