First I would like to say that I learned about Plaxo a few months ago but did not join since you had no TB support. Now that you do, I had to try it out.

It seems like a great tool, going to use it!!! Here are some questions and/or comments.

1. I plan to sync with more then one PC (3 actually), do others do this and is it officially supported.

2. I noticed that if I have a contact with say email@company.com and they user updates there information but supplies Email@company.com that their record gets set up with two email addresses, one primary, and the alternate email set to Email@company.com. Is this working as designed or something that will someday get resolved before going gold?

3. In Plaxo online I think it would be great if I could choose my default card (personal or business). I do not plan on ever populating my business card since I plan to use Plaxo strickly for personal use. Further, nobody needs my business email/address since I prefer to get everything non business related to my personal email anyway. When sending update requests I have to remember to select personal.

4. TB toolbar, the icons are huge. How about allowing us to move the icons to the main toolbar and also having a smaller size option so that they appear the same size as the main icons (GetMail, Write, Address Book.....)

Thank you to all those that reply and or even think about what I said!!!

I use plaxo to sync my contacts between my home, work, and cell phone. And it works great. This was the major reason I chose to use plaxo.

1. Yes, we definitely support and encourage people to synchronize information between computers.

2. The case-sensitive e-mail issue does sound like a bug. I'll bring it up with the team.

3. Re: setting a default card... it's been suggested before and I like this idea. I'll re-suggest it to the relevant team for consideration.

4. About the toolbar, yes, we'll be implementing greater flexibility with it in the future /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Thanks much for your feedback!
