Problems with login

I try to connect to Plaxo via Thunderbird.

I sign in with:

a) my primary Email-Address as Username
b) my password

in Plaxo-Online and Plaxo on Outlook it works fine

But in Thunderbird I always get the "Your login was not accepted."-Message. :-(

Does anybody know, whats the problem?

By the way, is the "USERNAME"-Field the emailaddress? I have no clue about any explicit username beside of my Email-adresses...

Does your password contain a "+" sign? If that's the case I was hit by that bug and had to remove it. Plaxo are aware of this specific issue btw.
