I am sure this has been asked before but I could not search for it properly, so I am posting it here.
I have outlook 2003 on winxp sp2 on my work laptop as well as home laptop. The address book (contacts), calendar, notes and tasks are sort of the same on both, but not quite. There are some contacts that I have updated more recently on the home computer and there are some that I have updated more recently on the work computer.
I installed plaxo toolbar for outlook first on the home computer and sync-ed the data online. Then I installed it on the work computer and it detected some new entries and some conflicts.
The question is - does Plaxo truly sync the contacts, calendar, notes and tasks? Or is it only looking for new entries? Also, what happens if the record has been changed on both the computers? And what happens if the record was newly added in both the computers?
Thanks in advance! /images/graemlins/smile.gif
