Maybe its asking for a lot, but we just started using Plaxo to assist with Contact Management at our company. The address book optimizer was a huge help to us, but we could definitely see larger corporations benefitting from some additional features.
Specifically, it would be interesting if you could create Plaxo Groups where each group member has shared access to each other member's contacts. Of course this could obviously create some privacy issues, so another helpful option would be if a Plaxo user could have administrative rights to all other plaxo accounts in their organization.
You might avoid some privacy conflits if a) it was a paid feature and b) an administrator could only have rights to accounts that share the same address, business name, or any other relevant field.
Plaxo is already an excellent tool for Contact Management, but if it was expanded to give corporations the ability to control all their important contacts through a single Plaxo account it would be a valuable service to offer.
____
As an additional suggestion, it may be worthwhile to encourage a 'Get Plaxo' campaign similiar to the spread firefox campaign. You could even let your users do your e-mail marketing for you by giving them the ability to send a mass e-mail that encourages their contacts to join plaxo. Creating a few 'Get Plaxo' buttons that Plaxo fans can add to their website wouldn't be a bad idea either. Check out www.spreadfirefox.com (http://www.spreadfirefox.com) for some ideas.
