View Full Version : A couple feature requests for Plaxo Online
August 13th, 2005, 04:25 PM
1 - is to have an option of selecting recurring dates options/functions. (ie. Daily, Day of Week, Day of Month, Number of Days, etc.)
2 - Can we allow for 15 minute increments of time rather than 30?
3 - Emailing reminders of calendar events option.
If I think of more, I will let you know. We are glad you are out there and enjoy your products! Keep up the good work! Thanks!

Just another... It would be useful to have a screen (similar to the card sharing screen) where the "updated" status of each contact could be toggled, instead of having to open every contact separately in order to do so.
A happy Plaxonian,

Hi...
In the contact list, where we are able to choose which cards we wish to share with our contacts, the page must be autorefreshed each time we activate or deactivate work/home card for a contact, and it's quite annoying when you have a long list of contacts, since your page gets auto refreshed at each click of the mouse, wasting a lot of time. Having the ability to select which cards to share and then finish the operation by pushing a "Done" button would be more user friendly.
And in a near future, will it be possible to choose the language of the plaxo interface? Cause, not everyone speaks english on this planet, and I'm sure that why many of my contacts won't use the plaxo system...or won't update their cards.
In addition, when I send a "update your card please", to one of my contact, I can change the text they recieve, however, plaxo still auto signs for me in English! And people are like: ok, so you write to me in french, and then you thank me in English, and then I get a card in a language I don't understand, with instructions I don't understand either. I'm sure this plaxo thingy is a spyware, I won't put my informations! /images/graemlins/shocked.gif
BTW, thanx for the great job...I forgot my address book on vacations, and thanx to plaxo, I managed to get the address of my friends to send them postcards! Without plaxo, I would be dead by now for not writting to them! lol

Hmm... I would have to agree, though I don't know many myself that are non-english speaking, nowadays it is handy to have localisation features. /images/graemlins/laugh.gif
