Several of us has posted with our posts left unanswered. Has Dru disappeared? We'll all bang the door down for our new TB plaxo! /images/graemlins/wink.gif

I hope not. Maybe they have other priorities, but I hope they'll finish this one. It provides a really wonderful tool to make Thunderbird complete. /images/graemlins/cool.gif

I doubt we have been stranded. It is a holiday weekend here in the US. Maybe they actually get some time off. /images/graemlins/tongue.gif /images/graemlins/smirk.gif

GWI, a forum reply never hurt anyone. Good moderation leaves no stone unturned...

Hey Jive, what happened to you...?

In a previous post I suggested the same and your answer was (quote):
I don't think we have to worry about dru being complacent at all. He has done a fine job, and seems like he's on top of it. He's enthused to tackle the next phase, and if you notice on all the forum thunderbird forum threads, he is sure to not leave a thread open-ended. Plaxo did well to bring him on board. Sure sometimes a deadline is a bit delayed (what project isn't) but he is sure to post notice on any delays. Keep up the good work dru!

I have the same feeling and I think somebody should take notice of unanswered posts. I am not just posting questions and suggestions just for my own fun, you know...

lol. No kidding. They're making a liar out of me aren't they. Well, at least at the time, service was good. I think it should be noted, that with the new thunderbird extension, people really are considering the premium services. But not when it's backed by slow support. Dru was usually pretty good at answering posts. Maybe he's run into a snag. But even so, a status on that would be good. /images/graemlins/confused.gif

I hope we haven't left anyone to feel this way. As you might imagine, there are a bunch of things going on here at Plaxo, especially with the work we are doing with AOL.

It was a 3-day weekend, but regardless, I guarentee you Dru was hard at work. He may have a little less time to respond to forum questions of late, but I know he reads them and looks into reported problems. Adam has also been helping address many of the forum issues as well, but was on vacation for the past week. He's back, so look for activity to pick up.

And of course the forums are also intended for users to help users. It's been great watching how the community has stepped up to help each other. Thanks very much.

Personally I think they are doing a GREAT job to support us Thunderbird users. I for one am beyond happy to finally be rid of having to use Outlook at work.
