Not all my outlook contacts are synced?!

Please help, not all my outlook contacts are synced with Plaxo, but i cant find a setting anywhere that allows me to select all the contacts and choose to sync them all. Some of my contacts when i open the record, have the Plaxo logo, and the indicators is they are synced, or pending etc. and some do not show anything.

am i missing something? Thanks.

You can look for the indicator that says that the contact is synced with Plaxo or not. If the Plaxo section is not in the contact at all, then Plaxo is ignoring this contact. This shouldn't happen for a contact inside a folder that also has synchronized contacts, except for certain situations such as if someone is using custom forms.

You can go to Plaxo, Synchronization Manager, and then click on the folder you're interested in on the left, and it should tell you how many contacts are synchronized and if there are any that exist only on the server or locally, and give you options to upload/download or delete them.
