Hi there, I am looking for an option that allows me to actually link one contact to another contact in my address book. In example husband and wife for whom you have two separate contacts in your address book. If one of these contacts updates his/her personal card (address field), it automatically updates the personal card of the other person as well.

Hi Urk,
Though you can add related contacts in Outlook (via the "Contacts" field on the bottom left of any contact details page), this isn't taken into account in Plaxo.
I can understand how something like this *could* be helpful; e.g., a woman updates her home address and her husband's home address is also updated. However, there's also a huge potential for challenges and mistaken assumptions with this model:
For instance:
- The husband and wife reside at different residences, either temporarily (on assignment) or they recently separated.
- A husband and wife have separate phone numbers.
...and of course, other data should clearly not be sync'd... birthdays, cell numbers, etc.
In other words, this does seem like it might be more trouble than it's worth to get right /images/graemlins/wink.gif
