Hi,
Your concern of using Plaxo with PDA's is over now. Plaxo can work on your personal digital assistant (PDA) if it synchronizes with Microsoft Outlook or
Outlook Express. Please visit your PDA manufacturer's support page in regards to
Outlook and Outlook Express synchronization.
If your PDA can synchronize with Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express than you can have your Plaxo contacts on your PDA and carry them with you where ever you go. All you have to do is to synchronize your Plaxo Online Account with your Outlook or Outlook Express. Once you do that your Plaxo Contacts will be transfered to your Outlook or Outlook Express ( whichever you want to use). Once you have your Plaxo contacts on your Outlook or Outlook Express you can synchronize your PDA with that to transfer your Plaxo contacts to your PDA.
Hope this resolves your issue, please feel free to let me know if you have any further questions?
regards,
Silas.

I think it would be nice to have either a Plaxo software client for PDA, some kind of a PDA web interface for Plaxo, or something that is more "realtimeish" syncing isn't very convenient sometimes. I'd like to be able to keep my contacts updated instantly without having to sync. I suppose this is asking a bit for too much but I also dislike using outlook on my computer.
The wifi sync would be really convenient when traveling. Here is an example of a Plaxo setup that I believe would be really efficient for myself and other business people's needs.
1. I am a business person with Plaxo PPC (faux plaxo client) on my ppc/phone.
2. I just added a new client's information and I put it in my "group's contact folder". (another missing feature in plaxo, no group folders that can be shared with a group of people)
3. I call my associate about the new client and tell them to email them.
4. Because the contact is immediately listed into this group folder (via wifi or wireless broadband) they can instantly retrieve the contact information and get to work on the email.
I have no clue what I'm talking/thinking about. Forgive me. /images/graemlins/confused.gif
