reply-to email address not being used

Why doesn't plaxo use the reply-to email address when collecting email address's in outlook. A lot of the messages I receive are sent via other services such as eh2.net and the persons email is ken39393@eh2.net when the reply-to is ken_mak@company.com

Is there a setting I need to change ?
