As described in subject, my only "issue" right now is that Plaxo takes up attention, and you loose "focus" from the mail you are writing or other tasks (when it perform autosync). In my opinion this should happen without interferring the user.

Well, it's not my only issue, but it's certainly annoying enough.
I have uninstalled the plaxo TB toolbar for now and hope this will be fixed in a future release.

I think it is very annoying too. Please fix it because plaxo is an awsome plugin!

I agree whole heartedly! there are two things you can easily do that would help immensely, implement a preferences panel for syncing (something like automatic frequency and an option for manual only)... and dont show the dialog box for sync status, only show the box for sync errors (which we would want to know about anyway)
as the original poster implied, otherwise I'm happy with the extension. and am looking forward to smaller icons and a movable toolbar.
