Palm to Plaxo Import Problem

Please help! Trying to sync Palm Desktop info over to Plaxo online. I tried exporting as an ABA file, which the site says is supported for import, but there is no option in the drop down box to import an ABA into Plaxo.

I can't use a CSV file - my contacts have been generated over years in Palm and they are not all in the same order - the CVS wants all e-mail addresses to be in the same column in the spreadsheet.

I tried exporting as a vCard file and importing those, but I get an error during the import.

Any ideas?

As another alternative, do you have the capability to sync your Palm PDA to Outlook? through the use of something like Hotsync, or similar product?

If so, this will create an appropriate Contacts, Notes, Tasks, and Calendar folder that Plaxo will then pick up and sync to your Plaxo Online account. This type of process can be used to continually keep information sync'd.

Also - Unfortunately, .ABA is not a supported import option for the Palm Desktop. The FAQ was incorrect in mentioning this format and has been corrected. Sorry for the confusion.
