Synching problem - can I retrieve old data online?

I have Sync Manager turned off. Actually I have Plaxo turned off altogether. Yet, my NOTES section has been synchronized - one way! I delete some notes on my PC, but I did not want them deleted from my online account, and still they have been deleted from my online account! How can I get my old Notes back?

How did you turn off sync / turn off Plaxo altogether? In order to turn off sync, you would have had to
1) disable Plaxo (disable shortcut in Program files group), or
2) uninstall Plaxo, or
3) configure the sync manager to stop managing your Notes folder.

If sync was still enabled, when you deleted the entries locally, this would have removed them from your online account. But I'd recommend contacting our support department to see if your deleted entries are still available online or if is possible to have them restored.

If you delete contacts, calender, etc in outlook which is synced with Plaxo Online, Obviously the information will be deleted in Plaxo Online. Check out you deleted information in outlook or you disabled your Plaxo toolbar. If you disabled Plaxo toolbar the information in Plaxo Online wont be deleted.
