Active Sync

I came to know that if we dowload plaxo toolbar in to Outlook, and if we installed Active sync in our computer, it will make conflicts. Like Active sync will not start synching. Is it true? Is any solution for it? If I will disble palxo instead of uninstall it, will it help me to avoid conflicts?

I am facing the same problem and it is easily reproducible.

-> enable plaxo toolbar
-> restart outlook
-> activ sync stops working

-> disable plaxo toolbar
-> restart outlook
-> activ syn start working again.

Any solutions?
