I have 3 address books in Thunderbird (1 primary, 1 backup, 1 collected addresses), and 3 folders in Plaxo online (1 primary, 1 backup and 1 "other"). Sync works fine with Outlook at work, but I've never been able to get T-bird to sync properly with Plaxo. Initially, I've suffered the same problems as others have reported with multiple duplicate entries appearing from nowhere - seems related to where no email address or other field is missing - and these fed back through to my Outlook client at work. I've tidied that up, but now nothing seems to interwork/sync between any changes in any of the online/T-bird address books.
I turned diagnostic mode on, and looked at the logfile, which lists the wrong folder in Plaxo online to sync with. Although a fast sync often appears in Tbird, it just doesn't seem to do anything.
Does anyone know how to set/reset which folder Tbird actually sync's with, so I can reset the whole thing and ideally just download the master copy from Plaxo online again? I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, but that didn't appear to change anything.
I'm using tBird v1.0.7 with Plaxo extension 1.61
