split name field to first and last

The three places that I've synch'ed Plaxo to (Outlook Express, Thunderbird, and AIM) have separate first and last name fields, but Plaxo has just one full name field. This means that when Plaxo synchs to those systems, it needs to decide where to split the name, and it doesn't always do it correctly. For example, Plaxo has decided that my wife's uncle Del has no first name and that his last name consists of his first name (Del) combined together with his last name.

I'd like to see Plaxo address book entries have the name field split to separate first and last name fields.
