Need help Synchronizing Plaxo & Outlook

Under "sync" when I'm looking at the contact, it says the contact is synchronized with Plaxo online, but the information is different. (There is nothing in red to indicate a conflict, it just thinks they are synchronized, but they are not.) Any advice?

Is it additional detail items in Outlook that are not showing up in Plaxo?

If so, that's because Plaxo doesn't handle all of the Outlook detail fields.
