Ladies and Gentlemen:

Hello, and thanks for reading my post.

My Plaxo account is tied in to my AIM Screen Name...or at least it was. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I mistakenly deleted the info for a Plaxo contact from the "Addresses" tab of my Buddy List, but this contact (thankfully) remains in my Plaxo Address Book.

How can I get AIM Triton to re-insert it into its list?

Please let me know, and thanks. (Also, please feel free to ask if something isn't clear. /images/graemlins/smile.gif)

Bram - what's strange about what you are saying is that the contact still exists within your Plaxo Online address book.

If the connection bridge between your AIM address book and Plaxo is working fine, when you delete the contact from AIM, it should have also deleted it from your Plaxo address book. There is a few minute delay, but if everything is working properly, the two address book folders should stay in sync.

You can verify that your Plaxo account is properly tied to your AIM screen name by going to Plaxo Online / My Account / AIM Sync settings. This will show you if you are sync'd with AIM.

But if Plaxo is linked to your AIM Screen name AND the contact still exists within your Plaxo address book, you may simply be able to create a copy of the existing entry. Plaxo should then sync this back to your AIM address book.
