Customizing contact display to synch with Outlook

I think a great premium service would be to list Plaxo contacts in the same manner in which Outlook allows you to customize how your contacts are displayed. For example, I may want some contacts listed as the "company name, their name" or some other combination. Sometimes I only remember the company name and not the contact name. It is a real challenge when you work from more than one computer, and a mobile device and you are synchronizing your contacts. Your Outlook contact names do not look like your Plaxo contact names. When verifying synchronization efforts or conducting searches on either one, due to lack of consistency you can miss something, or take more time than is necessary.
