Can't install

I installed the previous Beta - still shows up in preferences as e2XO. I think this is preventing my beta2 from installing. The install starts, I select the install volume, and it fails right when it startes to copy files. Anyone else have the same issue here? How do I go about cleaning off that old beta so I can install this one. Thx......

Do you still have this problem? Can you tell me what OS are you using and if you have Plaxo installed before running the installer again?

The e2xo software was released by a company not affiliated with Plaxo and has no relation whatsoever to Plaxo for Mac (Plaxo Toolbar for Mac).

If you want to remove the e2xo software, use Spotlight to find anything with "e2xo" in the name as well as a folder named "bx".

Do you have an older version of Plaxo for Mac installed currently or was it only the e2xo stuff?
