Hello,
As usual, this feature could be worth doing for the premium price.
I think Plaxo folders stink. As far as I can work out, you can only assign cards from within the card, so moving lots of cards is a big pain. Since folders became part of Plaxo online - I moved all mine into one folder and only use that, anything else would be too painful.
How about something different or as well as. It would be really great to be able to create and assign flags to contacts. Contacts could have multiple flags. This would aid searching and selecting for different groups of contacts. As a next step, what about creating and assigning groups of flags, eg 'company type' as opposed to 'decision maker type'. Of course it would be essential to be able to do this from a list view rather than individually.
My get around for this at the moment is to put codes into the notes field - it works sort-of
Why? Eg, when I do an update request I write different updates for different groups. I am sure there are lots of other reasons why this would be a good idea.
