Not working

Hi everyone,
I am new to this Plaxo thing and I am trying to implement it on my website into the Tell A Friend form. I got it to pop up the window and give me access to my address books but when I select the addresses and click on the Next button it just says "please wait" forever. I made sure that all the scripts are in the right place. Anyone know what I might be doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your help.

Sorry for the delay in the reply. Other people who have reported "Gets stuck on Please Wait", have had some sort of configuration issue either with the JavaScript call or the callback page. Do you set document domain? If so, removing that may help. Do you know the error that is reported by the browser? We may have to play with your example itself. I'm having a similiar issue. I followed the instructions and right when I click "next" to add the email addresses it just hangs and is always on "Please Wait" any ideas of how to go about resovling this?

You do have it hosted on the same site as the page you will be launching the widget from? Both accessible by the same protocol? (HTTP or HTTPS) And you are loading it from your web or app server? You've checked your Javascript call and callback page?
