I have something like 8,000 records. I manually edited a few in the address book to correct some mistakes (I wanted the company name listed as the primary name - you hit a check box).
I then said to sync. I use the sync on manual as I prefer to pick when the system wants to do updates.
After the sync there were 2 records left (1 of Apple and 1 for my card which was fully correct still).
I went online and noticed that there were 25 records.
Obviously something went wrong. There was a message about the server being unavailable when I first went online.
I am a premium member. I submitted a help request. Hard to tell if it was accepted as you get dumped into a screen so you can search the FAQ. When I stepped through the choices there I received the following:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /bin/request.py on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I am posting here in the hope that someone noticed. I really do suspect my message to the premium support channel is not going to get there.
