I received an e-mail from plaxo about someone's birthday. I decided to send out a holiday card to my business contacts instead. However, it automatically filled in thier name. I didn't realize this until after it was sent. I know I cannot unsend it. Is plaxo working on a way to edit after a card has been sent or at least an unsend option within a certain timeframe from sending? I am seriously concerned about losing business because of the unprofessionalism of this action.

We are working on a "eCard Management" feature. Certainly, you won't be able to unsend a card that has already been sent, but if the card is currently scheduled, one of the things we are looking at for the management feature is to cancel the delivery, or edit the card.
