Hi,
You would be able to sync your AOL address book with Outlook using your Plaxo account. It’s a 2-step process.
First, you need to link your AOL/AIM Screen name with your Plaxo account and activate your AOL Synchronization. Doing this, you can successfully sync AOL address book with Plaxo address book.
Here are the instructions to link your Screen name with your Plaxo account:
- Sign in to your Plaxo account at http://www.plaxo.com/signin
- Make sure you've added your AOL/AIM Screen Name (without @aol.com or @aim.com) to your Plaxo account by adding it to your cards. If you haven't done this yet, click on "My Cards" towards the top of the screen, add in the screen name, and click "Save."
- Click on the My Account link towards the top of the screen, and then select "Your AIM Synchronization Settings."
- Select a folder and AIM account, and then click "Update Preference."
Second, you need to install the Plaxo toolbar for Outlook/Outlook Express and setup your Plaxo account. So you would be able to bring all the updated information from your Plaxo account into your Outlook.
You can download the latest version of Plaxo toolbar by visiting the link:
http://www.plaxo.com/downloads
In short, the process goes like this: (It’s a 2-way synchronization process)
AOL/AIM AB <-----------> Plaxo AB <----------> Outlook/Outlook Express AB
Hope this helps. :)

Dave

Thanks for the advice. One more small question....
I have gotten all these steps accomplished I guess what i am having trouble with is synchinh my AOL address book with my AIM Address book. I can still see addresses in Regular AOL Address book that do not appear in AIM Address Book or in my outlook. Any help would be appreciated.
