I posted earlier about synching my aol address book with outlook. It was indicated that there was a two step process from Aol---Aim----Plaxo----Outlook. The only problem is that there are still a ton of contacts in my aol address book that are not in my AIM address book OR my outlook address book. I followed directions last time but to no avail. I think the problem is synching aol---to aim. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Phil

P.S. - I am using AIM triton and Outlook 2003. I have the plaxo bar installed in Outlook.

Phil:

Can you check to see if the contacts are not in the category of "Auto added?"

If an address is in the category, it won't be synced over to Plaxo. To resolve this issue, all you need to do is assign them to a different category. (i.e. Friends, family, general, etc).

If this is not the case, please let me know!

Wendy
