I have a duplicate entry in my Plaxo account, but when I use the Mac sync it only syncs one of the entries with my Mac Address Book.

I've seen this before, though mostly while Plaxo for Mac was still in beta form. You are using 1.0 build 167, correct?
Are you intentionally keeping duplicate contacts in your address book? Are you using the Omit from Sync folder feature?

Yup, I'm using 1.0 build 167. I use the Omit from Sync folder on my "Old" contacts, but the contact that I see the issue with is not part of that group.
I'm not trying to intentionally keep duplicates in my address book. I consider the Mac Address Book my golden source and try to get everything else to work with it, so after I had cleaned it up and synced with Plaxo I was surprised to see that Plaxo has 2 entries where the Mac Address Book has one.

Okay...thanks for the clarification. So, if I understand correctly, your Mac's Address Book is looking pretty good but your Plaxo Online Address Book appears to have some duplicate entries where some/all of the duplicate records have not synch'ed to your Mac's address book (i.e., they are somewhat orphaned).
If this is the case, it sounds to me like an issue we can look into on our server software. I may need to follow up with you privately to check on the affected records in your address book.

Correct. Thank you for looking into this.
