I use Plaxo with both Outlook (work) and Outlook Express (home). I don't want my addresses crossing over. My work addresses should not get added to my home address book and vice versa. How can I stop this from happening?

Thanks

Pat :)

The easiest method is to use two separate Plaxo accounts for each installation.

Alternatively, you can use the Sync Manager to configure each install as to which folders should be sync'd locally.

This way you can tell your Home computer to not sync with your Work folders, and your Work computer to not sync with your Home folders.

The Sync Manager can be found under Plaxo / Advanced Preferences.

Thanks for the reply. I have two seperate accounts, one with my home e-mail and one with my work e-mail but everytime I log-in it synchronizes both. Have I got something set up incorrectly? I'm not a computer geek but I'm not illiterate either.;)

I'll bet you have both email addresses (Home and Work) attached to the same Plaxo account. You'll need to either undue and setup separate Plaxo acocunts or utilize the sync manager I mentioned earlier.

Certainly not your 'nomal' situation, so you may want to see the help of our support team to help walk you through this. Try using the online chat.
