I'm using both Outlook and Outlook Express on the same computer. I use Outlook for business and then i use outlook express for family email. My children arn't allowed to access Outlook but they can access Outlook Express. My question is how do I use the contact address book found in Outlook in Outlook Express so I can utilize plaxo features in both program via the same address book.

You can do a "multi-system" sync, even though it is on the same system.

Let's assume you already installed Plaxo with OL. You've gone through the registration wizard and everything is working fine. Now, the next time you start OE, you should receive the Plaxo Registration wizard again. This time, specify that you are an existing Plaxo member. This will cause the OE installation to attach to your existing Plaxo account. Your two installs (OL and OE) will now be sync'd together allowing you to share the same AB between the two installs.

Privacyguy,

Thanks for the response. Here my problem with your suggestion. I've had PLAXO installed for sometime. I have operational in OL program and I would like to install it into my OE program. You stated "You've gone through the registration wizard and everything is working fine. Now, the next time you start OE, you should receive the Plaxo Registration wizard again." What and where do I go to create/generate the Plaxo Registration wizard again in OE.

Thanks

The Plaxo should toolbar should appear in OE already if you have it installed for Outlook - do you see it? If so, simply click one of the buttons and it should bring up the registration wizard.

If you don't see the toolbar in Outlook Express, you might want to e-mail support (at plaxo.com) to try and see why it is not appearing there.

Alternatively, you can try uninstalling and the reinstalling the toolbar for Outlook and Outlook Express. In this case you should see the registration wizard for both Outlook and Outlook Express.
