Plaxo Signature Help

I can get both my laptop and desktop to do the Plaxo signature fine in new emails but not in replies. One will do it in plain text and the other does not have one at all, even though it appears to be enables in both outlook and word. I am still doing some checking but thought I would see if anyone else might tell me where to look. I am not that familiar with word, so I am learning as I go.

The first thing to check is your Outlook Options / Mail Format tab. Make sure you have the proper signature file configured for both new messages and replies.

Yes, that is correct, that is why I am puzzled as to why it is not working. I have checked all the obvious, but it must be the not so obvious that is causing the problem.
