Restore Deleted Contacts

Help Please! During my last sync, yesterday, I seem to have lost most of my hard maintained contacts. I am using Plaxo for Mac on OSX 10.4 with Apples address book. How can I "undelete" contacts from plaxo?

same here.

lost all my contacts. on mac and plaxo. no idea what happened. my last backup is ages ages old... and this is very frustrating. I know it's my own fault to be so optimistic as not to make backups. or shall we call it stupid? or lazy?

what can I do?

suggestion to plaxo (already mailed to plaxoformac team):

add feature that asks for user confirmation when more than, let's say, 5% of address book content is to be deleted.
Otherwise plaxo syncing is a time-bomb. if anything goes wrong on any "plaxified" machine, all the users address books get deleted one after another. this cannot be a final solution!

While we don't have AB backups as a "feature" of Plaxo (yet?), Plaxo Premium users do have access to specialized Customer Support reps who are trained and have access to recover tools. Depending on the time frame, they may be able to assist premium users to recover accidentally deleted information from their Plaxo address books.
