Plaxo with Outlook 2003 on Vista

I installed PLaxo on a vista RC1 platform and whenever i try to open Outlook, Outlook hangs a bit. Plaxo doesn't sync properly too

Any ideas?

I am also using Outlook 2003 and running Vista. While I do not see Outlook hanging, I cannot see the Plaxo toolbar as one of the toolbar options, even though my start menu shows that Plaxo is running. I have tried unenabling it and re-enabling it, as well as restarting Outlook at the machine itself, but none work.

No idea if this is the same issue, but another user on this forum reported going to Outlook's Trust Center (under Tools, I think), and then found that Plaxo had been disabled. He re-enabled it and then things were working again.
