signature layout

I have my signature in card format in Outlook Express. How can I alter the layout of it? Phone numbers moved over to the left etc?
When my emails are replied to the card is often truncated resulting in the loss of half my phone numbers etc. Any help here?

This can happen when using Word as your e-mail editor. You could try not using Word as your e-mail editor in Outlook by going to Tools, Options, Mail Format, and then uncheck the option “Use Microsoft Word to edit email messages” or you may try increasing the width of the signature by going to Plaxo, Signature, click Advanced, and then increase the number in the width box. You can also be able to change the style of your Plaxo Signature here.
