Birthdays not syncing with Outlook

Only one birthday from Plaxo online appears in my Outlook calendar. About 30 appear in my AOL calendar via input into Plaxo. I have selected the option for Plaxo to automatically add birthdays to my Outlook calendar. What do I do?

So you have about 30 birthday entries in Plaxo Online but only one in Outlook? You might check in Outlook by going to Plaxo, Advanced, Synchronization Manager, and click the Calendar folder on the left and see what it says. It's possible you may have multiple calendar folders on Plaxo Online, in which case you may want to link your Outlook Calendar folder to a different Plaxo Online calendar folder.

If that doesn't work, I would recommend e-mailing support at plaxo (dot com).
