Address Book Export

Since I'm a novice at this computer stuff.
Could someone out there tell me how I can transfer my address book to my
Yahoo account. I don't understand this CVS file or something like that.
Is it simple, I just don't want to sit down and type all my contacts and the
personal information. I am now useing Outlook Express (Version 6) on my computer (XP Home Edition):confused:

Plaxo can sync and keep sync'd your OE Address Book with your Yahoo! AB.

The Plaxo Toolbar for OL and OE keeps your local address book sync'd with Plaxo. And then the Plaxo Toolbar keeps your Yahoo! AB sync'd to your Plaxo account. Combined this will sync your OE AB with your Yahoo! AB.

So the short answer is just install both toolbars! This will keep everything sync'd and updated on an ongoing and automated basis.
