new network sync issue

My work has just had a network installed and my addresses on plaxo are not appearing in the outlook address book, I have tried syncing and it seems to work, if I click on the plaxo contacts button they all seem to be there but when I try the outlook address book they are not

- Have you installed the Plaxo Toolbar for OL and OE?
- Does the Toolbar show up in OL?
- Is there a Plaxo menu list in OL? (File | Edit | View | Go | Tools | Plaxo | Help)

Assuming yes, to all of the above questions, go to the Plaxo Sync Manager and see if your folders are properly linked (Plaxo / Advanced / Sync Manager ).

Problem sorted. Thanks for your help they were being imported but OL did not have the sub folders marked to be added to address book.
