Syncronizing from Outlook to Plaxo

Plaxo seems to always mess up any address that is other than a simple name.
Outlook posts the name as it appears in the "file as" box
How can I get Plaxo to use the "file as" information?

I'm personally not sure of what you are asking. Can you rephrase the problem you are seeing.

Outlook uses what appears in the "File As" box.

This allows me to customize an identity.

It seems that PLAXO simply draws from the "Full Name" box and places the last name first.

When PLAXO first synchronized with Outlook the result was a mess which I am still trying to clean up.

I would like an explanation that will give me some guidance.
