View Full Version : Does Plaxo change Outlook format for Contacts?

At some point, my Outlook contacts started aligning as if someone had entered a tab (which means you can't see the phone number unless you actually open the contact). When I opened Outlook today and saw some annoying icons automatically appearing (which I managed to get rid of), it occurred to me that Plaxo might also have changed the formatting on me.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? If so, did you fix it, and how? I don't see an option to change it back.

As far as I'm aware, the layout of the contact folders is controlled by Outlook. Plaxo does insert various icons to illustrate current state (Plaxo member, replied, AIM status, etc...) as well as the Click-to-Call icon, but we don't modified the layout.

Perhaps you can post a snapshot that demonstrates what you are seeing.
