Fixing duplicates

Twice today I was in the midst of a long, tedious process of merging duplicates when the session abruptly and unexpectedly ended, and I lost all of my work (> 3 hours worth). Is there a way to make the changes in batches and/or to have interim saves of the changes/merges made?

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear that you lost all of your work. I'm not sure why your session would expire while you're in the middle of merging duplicates. How much time had elapsed since your previous merge when the session expired? What browser were you using?

To save your intermediate changes, just use the "Skip All" button bypass the remaining duplicates and jump directly to the save screen. You'll be able to process the remaining duplicates the next time you run the Address Book Optimizer.
