I am running Outlook 2002 and Plaxo 2.1.0.80. I am not very experienced with Plaxo. I recently sent out some update requests through Plaxo and several people replied with changes. I received email messages confirming the changes and a message that the changes have automatically been made in my address book. Here is the problem: when I look up the person in my contacts folder the changes are not showing. What is really strange is that the changed information is listed under both the "view change history" and "view details" links within the contact. Can someone tell me why Outlook won't display the changed information?

I don't think this is the problem, but the latest version of Plaxo is 2.12.x.x, so you may want to try upgrading to see if that fixes the problem.
I agree it is strange. If the information is showing up in the Change History, this means it was sync'd down to your local system. Not sure why Outlook would not present these changes.

Please make sure you have the latest service packs for Office. Also, if you have other third-party add-ins to Outlook, some of these may be conflicting with Plaxo. Try upgrading to the latest version of the Plaxo O/OE toolbar, and if you have the latest service packs and the problem still occurs, you might want to email support (at plaxo.com).
