Hello,

I use Plaxo, and looks like cool tool.

I have it on my Outlook toolbar, but all the update requests I send to my contacts are not delivered.

If I try to resend Plaxo will complain about duplication, and I can see the request pending on my web interface, but nothing is delivered to others.

The only clue (whether relevant) is email I got from Plaxo about unable to verify my email address I use for Plaxo (which is not my primary plaxo email). But the email is OK, and I asked for verfication, and I did not receive any new request email.

Any clues?

Plaxo has throttling controls built in, which blocks subsequent requests sent to the same recipient (email address) within a 30 day period. This is done to avoid possible abuse and annoyance to the recipient.

I see that your account was verified properly and there have been a number of 'successful' updated requests processed and sent. All other requests that have been throttled, were throttled because of the reason I mentioned above.

Not sure, I did try to resend before I realized its all blocked, so some were duplicated.

But now when I create new contact (one Web or Outlook) and send request to details, nothing is delivered.

I created new contact with temp email I use (roni_test@yahoo.co.uk).

I tried to send details nothing delivered (since yesterday), I tried to send again and I got error for duplication (preventing spam).

The issue is the first try, not the following.
