Sorting Contact Names

How do I re-arrange my contact so that I can have a required sorting preferences? For example, my contact name is Mazlan Abas. I would appear as Abas, Mazlan. What I want is it to be look like Mazlan Abas. Can anybody help?:(

Is your question with regard to the widget or to Plaxo Online? Or is it just for specific contacts?

For me, the widget sorts with "firstname lastname", so I'm not exactly sure what you are asking for.
