Can't download Plaxo Mobile Plus

Hi,

I have a verizon wireless account and an LG VX 7000 phone (listed as compatible with Plaxo Mobile Plus). I've followed the steps for downloading correctly, but after about seven attempts it keeps failing to download.

Any help?

I'm very eager to get it going.

Hi Ptc,

Have you tried contacting your service provider regarding this?It could be a problem from that end.However if the problem does continue please do contact us support.plaxo.com and we will do our utmost to help

thanks Kush. Yes, I contacted Verizon. After much ado I ended up with a new phone (warranty replacement) which still doesn't work, but their system repair people are working on it.

Thanks for the response, but it doesn't appear to be a Plaxo issue.
