"Reset" Plaxo information

Over the years, my Plaxo account has gotten a little congested. I have duplicate folders and things just seem a little out of sync. I would like to "reset" my account and start from scratch. Can I just delete all the folders on Plaxo Online and then have the Plaxo Toolbar in Outlook 2003 upload all the current information from scratch? The most current information I have is in Outlook.

Yes. Go to the folder manager on Plaxo Online and delete all of your online folders. This will break the links with your Outlook folders.

Then on Outlook, go to the Plaxo Sync Manager. You will see that each local folder is currently unlinked. Simply configure each local folder to link to your Plaxo Online account.
