I have just updated to the latest version of plaxo. I'm running outlook 2003 and have not had this problme with the earlier version of plaxo.
I recently sent out some update requests through Plaxo and several people replied with changes. I received email messages confirming the changes and a message that the changes have automatically been made in my address book. Here is the problem: when I look up the person in my contacts folder the changes are not showing. What is really strange is that the changed information is listed under both the "view change history" and "view details" links within the contact. Can someone tell me why Outlook won't display the changed information?
