address book on Outlook 2002 and Plaxo

I have installed Plaxo on a new machine and when trying to send an email, Oultlook 2002 does not look to Plaxo for the address of the recepiant. When I look at the OL 2002 contact folder it shows all the Plaxo entries, but it doesn't seem that Outlook and Plaxo are comunicating. HELP!! Thanks.

Hey Joe,

Plaxo syncs your Online Address Book to your Outlook address book.Looking up the address in you Outlook is a Outlook feature that you might need to enable.To do this,click on Tools -> Options -> Email Options -> Advanced Email Options->"When sending a message".In this part of the options you will need to check the box against "Automatic Name Checking".
