Resize Problem with Firefox - please help

Hi,

We would like to use plaxo with our service but while testing it with firefox I was quite disappointed: The popup window where one chooses the email provider and enters the information is too small. The user can't even see the "next" button.

I thought with a big company like your's which is claiming to have such big shot customers as youtube something like this shouldn't happen.

Also I didn't find plaxo on youtube or jajah...

I would appreciate your help / solution.

Hi Criscrasp,

Well, calling Plaxo a "big" company is kind of pushing it. Right now, we're about 50 people. I wear many hats for the company - one of which is answering questions for our developers. I'm not always available or don't have an answer immediately available - sometimes out travelling, sometimes I have to call on engineering for assistance - so responses on the forum (at least for the Dev part) aren't instantaneous.

As for response time speed, you posted your question at 5:05PM yesterday. It's 4:23PM today. I general check these forums once a business day. Is that unreasonable for free development support on a free service?

To appropriately set your expectations, we don't guarentee responses here. We do the best we can to get answers. We also look to the community to help supply answers for other developers.

To answer your technical question: I just tried www.plaxo.com/api/widget_demo on firefox and the pop-up window is appropriately sized. Would you tell us more about what you are doing? Or if you want to try to check it on your own, you can go to the demo URL and do a view source.
